We are seeking a Junior Transport Planner in our Operations department to help revolutionize road freight logistics from our Milan office.

• Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners.
• Supervise our daily transports in Italy and handle all arising inquiries from carriers.
• Use your knowledge of the partner’s business to identify opportunities, offer solutions, and provide inside pricing.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operational tasks.

• Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics.
• 1‑2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road domestic.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and an organized approach.
• Enjoy solving complex challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work under stress.
