Key Account ManagerAs a Key Account Manager based in Milan, you will play a central role in managing and developing a portfolio of strategic Italian clients, while contributing to company’s overall growth in Southern Europe.
You will act as the main point of contact for your accounts, building long-term partnerships and ensuring that our payment solutions effectively support their business goals — from conversion optimization to international expansion.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of key Italian clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and commercial success.
- Develop tailored account strategies to drive business growth, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and maximize value creation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers (C‑level, e‑commerce directors, finance managers, etc.).
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analyses to ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (technical, product, compliance, data, support) to deliver seamless and effective solutions.
- Provide strategic and functional advice on company’s payment solutions, highlighting product benefits and innovative features.
- Act as the voice of the customer, identifying evolving needs and contributing to the improvement of our offers and services.
- Ensure accurate reporting of activities, forecasts, and results to management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in key account management or business development, ideally within payments, e‑commerce, or technology sectors.
- Strong ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative, customer‑focused mindset.
- Analytical and results‑driven, comfortable with data and performance metrics.
- Autonomous, organized, and adaptable — thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus).
