Job Description

Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in a fast-growing organization. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across Nespresso’s composable commerce ecosystem, with the goal of improving developer productivity, QA automation, CI/CD workflows, operational efficiency, integration quality, and engineering standards. You will work closely with Engineering, QA, Architecture, Platform, and DevOps teams to ensure AI initiatives remain aligned with platform standards, governance, security, and enterprise delivery roadmaps.

Your Missions

• Evaluate and promote AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows aligned with enterprise standards and architecture principles
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to identify automation and productivity opportunities across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, observability, and operational practices
• Support AI-assisted workflows across composable commerce platforms, cloud-native applications, integration layers, ERP/payment integrations, and existing eCommerce systems
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, governance, standards, and knowledge sharing across squads and vendors
• Define and track engineering productivity, QA, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement
• Promote consistent adoption of AI-assisted practices across teams, contributing to engineering governance and shared standards

Your Profile

• Experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AI-assisted software engineering workflows and modern development tooling
• Experience with distributed digital platforms and enterprise integration ecosystems
• Experience with frontend/backend technologies, APIs, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and CI/CD practices
• Proficiency in generative AI tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in distributed engineering organizations
• Ability to train and support teams adopting new engineering practices, tooling, and workflows
• English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
