With a strong pipeline of 250MW planned for 2026 and backing from one of the world's largest infrastructure investment funds, this organisation is continuing to scale its in-house EPC capabilities.Following the successful delivery of 100MW over the past 12 months, they are now looking for a hands-on Site Manager with strong medium voltage (MV) experience to coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations across multiple utility-scale solar PV projects, with a focus on medium voltage (MV) worksCoordinate and manage subcontractors across electrical and civil scopes, ensuring efficient executionSupervise MV installation including cabling, substations, inverters, and grid connection activitiesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectationsMaintain strict adherence to HSE regulations and site compliance standardsAct as the main on-site point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholdersMonitor site progress, resolve technical and logistical issues, and provide regular reporting to project managementSupport commissioning activities and ensure smooth handover of completed projectsKey Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in site management within utility-scale solar PV projectsStrong experience with medium voltage (MV) infrastructure and grid connection worksProven xivgfpx background in EPC construction environments with strong on-site delivery experienceAbility to manage multiple sites or complex project scopes simultaneouslyStrong subcontractor management and coordination skillsDegree in Engineering or relevant technical background preferredFluent in Italian and EnglishWhy Join?Well-established Italian IPP delivering a significant 250MW construction pipeline in 2026Opportunity to play a key role in scaling an in-house EPC functionClear progression opportunities as the project pipeline continues to grow
