Package: €80,000 + bonus

Piper Maddox are supporting a growing renewable energy IPP with a 4GW pipeline who are looking to hire an Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering team. This role will focus on the development and construction of utility‑scale solar PV, wind, and BESS projects.

You’ll play a key role across the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Design of PV, wind, and BESS plants (layout, electrical sizing, MV/HV connections)
• Preparation of grid connection documentation and technical solutions
• Evaluation of grid connection options
• Preparation and review of technical specifications and tender documentation
• Support procurement in selecting key components (modules, inverters, trackers)
• Support development activities (yield assessment, grid analysis)

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role xlwpduy within renewable energy
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of CEI, IEC, and UNI standards
• Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase or similar tools
• Ability to produce technical drawings and reports
• English and Italian skills
