In this Global Engineering & Technology role, you will define and govern Automation Standards for Process Automation Systems across Biotherapeutic and Synthetic sites. You’ll drive standardization, library governance, and road mapping to support scalable, compliant automation across manufacturing networks. You will collaborate with global teams, support continuous improvement, and align with enterprise strategies while engaging with industry partners. This is a global, impact-driven position at a major manufacturing footprint that shapes how we deliver bio/pharma automation excellence. Retribuzione / Benefits

Develop and own global Automation Standards for PAS platforms (e.g., DeltaV, PCS-7, Wonderware) across IM SC Biotherapeutic & Synthetic sites Champion standard utilization by implementing and governing standards across the manufacturing network Own automation libraries, recipe management, process control, and data historian activities for batch production Develop and maintain PAS roadmaps aligned with standards and support Level 2.5 OT network infrastructure input Contribute to plant technology strategies, ensure reliable, cost-effective platform environments, and support ongoing maintenance Collaborate with Automation Leads across Synthetic and Biotherapeutic Sites to harmonize solutions Share best practices, reduce duplication, and accelerate implementation through collaboration Engage with industry experts (e.g., ISPE) and align with enterprise-wide strategies and roadmaps Responsabilità

12+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 10 years in Automation/OT/IT in pharma or GMP-regulated settings Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and global automation initiatives Deep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES integration Expertise in ISA S95 and S88 and their application in Global Supply Chain Knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU GMP Annex 11 as it relates to Automation & CSV Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence global teams and partners Proven ability to drive innovation, build business cases, and lead feasibility studies Familiarity with ISPE, GAMP, Industry 4.0 technologies Strategic mindset with hands‑on capability for design, implementation, and troubleshooting of automation solutions Fluency in English; additional Dutch/Spanish/Italian/German skills a plus Travel up to 25% (domestic and international) Requisiti fondamentali
