Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Data Operations for our International Medical Supply Chain team at Johnson & Johnson. This onsite/hybrid role will be responsible for leading Master Data management across multiple domains and geographies. The Manager will drive data governance, policy implementation, and operational leadership to support supply chain initiatives, new product launches, and regional/global programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality outcomes.
- Develop and monitor service level agreements and response times.
- Lead data quality improvement initiatives in partnership with business teams.
- Engage strategically with business partners providing guidance on data management.
- Collaborate with IT partners to develop new supply chain data flows.
- Support new product launches and other business initiatives requiring in-scope data.
- Implement tools and processes to improve data management execution.
- Drive project prioritization based on business needs and strategy.
- Make decisions guided by established policies and business plans.
- Lead projects including assessment, communication, scripting, and resource or budget management.
- Mentor and develop talent within the team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development planning.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of related experience in data management within a regulated industry.
- Strong experience managing processes, functions, and people.
- Experience driving continuous improvement within defined processes.
- Six or more years of data management experience in large ERP platforms.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English.
- Previous people-leadership experience.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and related systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and/or SQL for data validation and reporting.
- Experience leading global teams.
Compensation
Base pay ranges (per country): Belgium €79,800-137,770; Ireland €70,100-121,210; Italy €56,100-94,945. The annual base pay includes an 8% holiday allowance.
