Experteer Overview
In this MSAT Scientist role, you will support and drive cleaning validation across new product introductions, lifecycle changes, and new technologies, upholding quality, compliance, and safety. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing, labs, and other groups to execute validation runs and improvements. Your work enables successful tech transfers, NPIs, and timely product launches while maintaining high standards. This is a chance to influence manufacturing quality at a global scale and advance patient outcomes.

- Coordinate and perform cleaning validation activities and document generation according to global/local procedures
- Coordinate and perform cleaning revalidations aligned to master plans
- Assess validation impact during change requests and manage change of control
- Develop cleaning validation protocols, reports, and related documents
- Investigate non-conformances during project activities and support root cause analysis
- Coordinate validation runs with manufacturing, laboratories, and other groups
- Support NPI and tech transfer projects for existing products through characterization, registration, and validation
- Assist in evaluating CIP/improvement projects and implement plans in Technical Operations
- Support Data Integrity initiatives in the cleaning area and lead select projects
- Manage communications with suppliers and stakeholders and coordinate product launches across markets
- Assess change impacts and maintain alignment with external organizations' timelines
Responsabilità
- University Degree in scientific/ technical field or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical context
- At least 7 years of professional experience
- Strong leadership, ownership and accountability
- Experience in Quality and Compliance inspections
- Cross‑functional experience (Quality, Quality Control or Operations) is a plus
- Problem‑solving, decision making and project management skills
- Ability to work in a multi‑department and dynamic environment, handling shop floor urgencies
- Ability to connect with people easily
- Fluent in English and Italian (B2 level and above)
