Aenova Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for our site in Latina, Italy. In this role, you will ensure the proper execution of tasks while managing a team and complying with EHS and GMP regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering or Chemistry and possess strong management skills.

You will also take an active role in process improvements and be the main communication point between departments to enhance productivity.
