Production Supervisor Your key responsibilities

  • To grant the correct execution of the department Tiers.
  • To verify the feasibility of mid-term production plans with respect to available resources and market priorities. Also, to share any differences with the manager of the unit.
  • Coordination with the Technical Assistance Unit, in order to grant the correct action time on the machines and reduce downtime.
  • To support the section manager and the colleagues involved, in reviewing operational procedures, “DVR” and budget plans.
  • To suggest innovative solutions to improve productive processes and reduce costs.
  • Constantly and regularly, to communicate with the operational personnel with the aim to transfer information and respond to necessities or suggestions of improvement.
  • To ensure that personnel respects EHS and GMP regulations.
  • To participate actively as SME to regulatory and customer inspections.
  • To assure the opening of deviations in case of anomalies compared to flows and processes.
  • To promote/participate to the definition of change plan and CAPA plan for the own area of competence.
  • Participate proactively to projects that impact on the own area of competence taking part on team projects.
  • Ensure that the documentation for Batch Record (supporting validation protocols) is implemented correctly and delivered within the set time frame.
  • To define training plan for employees and guarantee that the personnel is trained on procedures and that have the technical education of the various work centre to which it is assigned.
  • To ensure the definition of standard of machine and labour hour for the products of own areas of competence according with the section manager.

Your profile

  • University degree in technical subjects preferred (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of People management experience.
  • Good knowledge of GMP.
  • Good knowledge of Oral Solid Dosage form.
  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office.
  • Good knowledge of SAP system.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
