On behalf of a leading international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced
SAP ERP Project Manager
to lead global SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Location:
Monza and Brianza, Italy – Hybrid working model
Salary:
€50,000 – €60,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience
Your Role
As an SAP ERP Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering global SAP initiatives, including end-to-end implementations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Manage cross-functional teams, including internal resources and external consultants.
Plan and control project scope, budget, timelines, and risks.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and IT.
Oversee all project phases, from analysis and design through deployment and post-go-live support.
Drive SAP governance and process standardization across the organization.
Requirements
We’re looking for professionals with:
At least 10 years of experience in IT and Project Management.
Minimum 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience, ideally within manufacturing environments.
Proven experience leading at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.
Experience with Change Request Management, Release Management, and SAP upgrades.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Availability to travel internationally (approximately 50%).
Nice to Have
Experience working in multinational organizations.
Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
Knowledge of multi-ERP environments.
Strong Change Management expertise.
