Randstad Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical field, we are looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst.
The focus for this role will be operational oversight and execution of trade compliance processes to guarantee compliant and efficient customs clearance activities and adherence to the Global Trade Compliance Standards.
Work area: hybrid and Latina plant
Contract duration: to december 2026
Range RAL: 50k-55k
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and compliant customs clearance operations of finished goods/API/packaging materials/miscellaneous and R&D products.
Act as local Trade Compliance Operations DRI.
Participate in company’s projects related to flows set up, operations movement between countries, FTA application, provide targeted support on trade compliance aspects of supply chain, logistics, or transport operations projects.
Support relationships management with Customs Clearing Agents via metrics and by providing them directions and mentorship, as well as supporting continuous improvements.
Secure timely reporting to customs authorities.
Ensure compliant preferential origin/non preferential and commodity code set up.
Required:
Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business / Law / Finance or equivalent by experience in an international supply chain environment.
Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in Trade Compliance area.
Experience with international trade flows and import/export documentation.
