In this role you will be part of the Operations Academy team serving the overall Business Area of Electrification and > 25’000 employees in > 100 manufacturing sites. The team maintains close collaboration with other Talent & Learning functions in Electrification as well as with Corporate Leadership Learning.
You will be establishing and maintaining capability development programs for EL Operations which support our journey towards world‑class Operations as well as provides our employees with state‑of‑the‑art learning and knowledge management tools and processes. Your mission will consist of co‑designing and implementing trainings through agile, modern digital learning solutions with outstanding results that enhance our employees’ performance, well‑being, and collaboration.
This is a role which enables you to grow your knowledge broadly within Operations and in the field of continuing education and learning in a global, international environment. You will have the chance to get exposed to a dynamic organization and contribute to the transformation of our talent & learning culture.
The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid/remote (all options possible)
The role is global and we accept applications from any location.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area globally. Main stakeholders are in Operations and Procurement and their sub‑functions.
Responsibilities
Designing and managing a portfolio of learning solutions for various functions under EL Operations (e.g., Procurement, Planning & Fulfillment, HSE, Continuous Improvement). Lead learning product sourcing, curation, design, and solution building based on identified needs. Create innovative solutions to drive learning impact and promote the learning culture for Operations employees.
Collaborate with various internal SMEs for relevant design and content building. Build strong partnerships with functions and HR. Continually scout the market for emerging themes and best practices.
Prepare and support appropriate marketing to position the offerings of the Operations Academy in the right way to achieve the required uptake with different target groups.
Set and measure KPIs linked to product relevance, agreed Learning outcome and user experience. Use analytics from adoption and feedback to drive continuous improvement of learning product and learner experience.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in functional Talent Management and Learning, with strong expertise in Training & Learning or Operations.
Advanced proficiency with LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Degreed) and authoring tools such as Articulate.
Strong background in digital learning: designing global digital solutions, virtual program delivery, content curation, building learning paths, and using digital/social media to drive engagement.
Effective collaboration with senior leaders and strong project management skills, attention to detail, and customer‑focused mindset.
Business acumen and change leadership, with the ability to translate business needs and participant feedback into improved learning solutions; excellent teamwork.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) and passionate about Manufacturing Operations; Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in HR, Operations, Organizational Development, or Adult Education.
