As an Account Solution Engineer, you drive the technical direction of the sales cycle by translating client needs into compelling Salesforce solutions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase product value, lead demos, and respond to RFPs, acting as a trusted advisor on transformational journeys. You combine technical acumen with sales savvy to shape customer outcomes and accelerate implementation. This role offers the chance to influence how customers adopt AI-driven CRM at scale and learn through hands‑on training and mentorship.

Responsabilità
- Hands‑on Salesforce experience
- Bachelor in Computer Science
- Fluency in Italian and English

- Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good time management in a dynamic team environment
