Jr Planning Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Jr Planning Analyst to join our Material Planning & Scheduling team. The role will support material planning activities, supplier management and production scheduling, with the goal of ensuring material availability, meeting customer delivery commitments and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and address potential issues.
• Support production planning according to material availability, priorities and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and planning parameters to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production and other Supply Chain functions to manage priorities and urgent requirements.
• Support the management of material shortages, rejected parts and engineering changes.
• Contribute to inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kanban and consignment stock.
• Monitor supplier performance and support improvement actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in planning, supply chain or manufacturing is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English, B2 level or above.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach, ability to manage priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Interest in material planning, inventory management and supply chain processes.
