Operations Manager - Fluoro

In this role you will lead manufacturing planning across two facilities (Monte Marenzo and Mantova) to maximise capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction. You will drive improvements in on-time delivery, quality, productivity and margins, while delivering annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives. You will support growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements, and oversee capital projects to scope, schedule and budget. You will collaborate with Commercial teams and build strong customer partnerships, and you will coach a high-performing team across sites. excellent health care insurance performance-based bonus international working environment Lead manufacturing planning across two facilities to maximise capacity utilisation and meet customer demand Drive improvements in OTD, quality, productivity and margin performance Deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives Support growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements Deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget Collaborate with Commercial teams and strengthen relationships with customers and strategic partners Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across both locations Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Demonstrated responsibility for a manufacturing P&L Fluent in Italian and English Multi-site operational leadership experience (advantageous) Proven track record of improvements in safety, quality, productivity and profitability Experience in coatings, specialty chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries (desirable) Knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements Understanding of PFAS-related regulatory developments (benefit)
