1. Job Summary Elitech is a global leader in Digital Temperature Control technology. We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager for the Italian market. The focus of this role is to drive the sales of digital controllers and thermostats within the commercial refrigeration sector, acting as a key link between Elitech’s technology and Italian manufacturers (OEMs) and wholesalers.

2. Key Responsibilities OEM Development:

Identify and partner with major Italian manufacturers of commercial freezers, coolers, and professional kitchen refrigeration. Solution Selling:

Consult with engineering teams to integrate Elitech controllers into their product designs. Channel Management:

Build and manage a network of specialized wholesalers focused on refrigeration components. Market Growth:

Displace competitors by demonstrating Elitech’s superior UI/UX and IoT connectivity features. Business Oversight:

Monitor market trends, manage sales targets, and ensure pricing integrity.

3. Requirements Experience:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Commercial Refrigeration industry. Background:

Previous experience with controller brands (e.g., Carel, Dixell, Danfoss) or refrigeration OEMs (e.g., Epta, Arneg) is mandatory. Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of refrigeration electrical systems and digital controller applications. Language:

Native Italian speaker with professional proficiency in English for global collaboration. Mobility:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 60% within Italy. Mindset:
