MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist who is proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about building relationships through effective communication. In this role, you will directly contribute to pipeline growth by supporting demand generation and lead qualification activities, with a concrete impact on business opportunities and revenue development. by managing qualification calls, campaign follow ups, customer invitations, and engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships and identify business opportunities.

YOUR JOB – What would be your responsibilities?

  • Conduct qualification calls to assess customer needs, interests, and business potential
  • Perform follow-up and recall activities related to marketing and commercial campaigns
  • Contact customers and prospects to promote events, webinars, workshops, and company initiatives
  • Manage invitation campaigns and attendance confirmations for corporate events and marketing activities
  • Manage and work on contact lists generated from digital marketing campaigns (inbound and outbound leads)
  • Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system
  • Collect and record relevant customer feedback and market insights
  • Support customer engagement and retention initiatives through proactive communication
  • Monitor telemarketing activities and prepare regular reports on outcomes and key metrics
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions
  • Contribute to the achievement of campaign and business objectives

YOUR PROFILE – Qualifications

  • High school diploma, ITS qualification, or higher education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or customer engagement activities is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening skills and ability to engage customers effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset and professional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
