Your mission
- Actively promote and sell XCMG forklift products to existing and potential dealers within the assigned area
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers
- Identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, and build a strong sales pipeline
- Assist in achieving sales targets and support sales development and forecasting activities
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial teams, and close deals
- Track orders and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with internal departments
- Collaborate closely with the Forklift Product Management to align sales strategies and product positioning
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, proposing effective sales
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Your profile
- Proven experience in sales in forklift equipment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
- Ability to work independently, willingness to travel
