Piping Technicians – Industrial Project (Oil & Gas), Livorno, Italy

For an important Oil & Gas project in Livorno, we are looking for a Piping Technician to join the site team.

EU citizenship or other nationalities with residence in Italy and a valid residence permit.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and interpretation of piping technical drawings
• Independent management of test packs
• Preparation and compilation of Material Take-Off (MTO)
• Support and supervision of piping erection activities
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and international standards
• Coordination with other site disciplines

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within Oil & Gas or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of piping technical drawings
• Ability to work independently on site activities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Knowledge and correct interpretation of applicable international standards
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Knowledge of technical English and Italian language

Job Details

• Start date: May 2026
• Contract duration: 6 months, with possible extension
• Work schedule: 10 hours/day – 6 days/week
• Accommodation and transport: provided by the company
• Meals: at the employee’s own expense
