Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage product specifications and packaging for key European markets, aligning with Sofidel's Brand and Strategic Cells. You will work closely with local teams to drive product launches, line extensions, and on-pack communications that reflect the Brand books and value propositions. You will analyse consumer and retailer trends to feed innovation plans and support category management with actionable insights. The position sits at the crossroads of marketing, packaging, and product office work, offering impact across multiple countries and brands. This is a collaborative, international opportunity to shape product strategy and packaging in a sustainability-forward group.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Propose product launches and line extensions for assigned countries, considering Power Brands and Strategic Cells
Ensure consistent deployment of Unique Selling Propositions and Business Value Propositions across communication streams (digital, packaging, local materials)
Analyse consumer and retail trends from local Category Management to feed product innovation plans
Support local Category Managers with category insights to draft Trade Stories for clients
Analyze consumer complaint data with local teams to monitor corrective actions and maintain quality standards
Coordinate with Process Dept on product trials and present proposals to Line Manager and Marketing & Sales Director Brand
Oversee packaging creation with Graphic Designer and agencies under Line Manager
Adapt on-packaging communication to local standards and laws in collaboration with Category Management
Assist Line Manager in building and deploying Brand books
Draft annual Marketing plan for assigned countries in collaboration with Line Manager and Marketing & Sales Director
Support the implementation of consumer marketing strategies and action plans with local teams
Facilitate execution of editorial Plans in the assigned countries, coordinating Digital Marketing & Sales with local teams
Control packaging agencies orders and invoices; manage media investment administration in assigned countries
Responsabilità
Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or related fields
5+ years’ experience in top-tier Consumer Packaged Goods, preferably non-food or household categories
Proven success in product management and leading complex product portfolios or innovation projects
International experience is a plus
Fluent in English
