OT Information Security Administrator

Experteer Overview

In this role you safeguard the group’s production OT environment against cyber threats, protecting critical processes and data. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure configurations, backups, and incident response across production sites. You will monitor, validate, and improve OT security controls in line with Group Information Security guidelines. This position offers international exposure and opportunities to influence the security of key manufacturing assets.

• Inventory OT hardware (physical and virtual) and software assets at production sites
• Manage user access to OT systems and applications
• Ensure secure system configurations per Group Information Security guidelines
• Collaborate with IT to update machinery infrastructure and Datacenter
• Protect OT system checkpoints and machine applications from threats
• Verify IT security decisions apply to network security and log management at sites
• Participate in selecting and validating anti-malware solutions
• Install and customize antivirus on production systems
• Protect confidential data stored in OT systems
• Verify backup modalities and recovery strategies for production data
• Coordinate factory device backups (HMI, PLC, etc.)
• Resolve networking issues within production sites with IT
• Coordinate physical security measures at sites
• Contribute to cyber incident management
• Coordinate VAPTs on machinery and remediation plans

Responsabilità

• Master in Information Technologies
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Security of Industrial OT
• Good level of English
• Strong logical and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Available for short-term business travels
• Team-oriented and able to work independently
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks
