Luce di Carrara is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join its Technical Office and support the development and execution of bespoke and standardised projects across architecture, interiors, and natural stone applications.We are looking for a professional with a strong technical background combined with project coordination capabilities, able to manage projects from concept and technical development through production and execution.Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Building Engineering–ArchitectureMinimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following sectors: Naval / Yacht industry, Luxury interiors and furnishing, Natural stone / marble industryProven experience on high‑end hospitality, retail and private residential projectsExcellent knowledge of CAD software and Adobe Creative SuiteProfessional English proficiency (minimum B2 level)Ability to read, develop and coordinate technical drawings and project documentationExperience managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersPersonal skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and confident approachAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlinesProactive mindset and strong problem‑solving attitudeProven negotiation skills and ability to work autonomouslyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAvailability for business travelRole responsibilities
Technical development and coordination of bespoke projectsPreparation and review of technical drawings and documentationProject planning and monitoring across different project phasesCoordination with production, suppliers, architects, and clientsSupport in ensuring project quality, timing, and execution
