Market Development & Sales Target Achievement
- Take charge of market development and in-depth cultivation of EV charging products (AC charger / DC charger / ultra-fast charger / solar‑storage‑charging integrated machine) in designated overseas regions (Europe / South America / Southeast Asia / Middle East); formulate regional sales plans and complete annual/quarterly sales targets.
- Independently develop B‑end and G‑end clients, including charging operators, new energy vehicle manufacturers, energy companies, commercial real estate developers, industrial parks, government institutions, agents and distributors, and build a stable customer resource pool.
- Actively expand clients and obtain valid inquiries and business opportunities through international exhibitions (e.g., EVS, The Battery Show, InnoTrans), B2B platforms (Alibaba, Made‑in‑China), LinkedIn, Google and other channels.

Full‑cycle Customer Management & Order Delivery
- Customer demand mining and solution matching: Communicate with clients on technical parameters (power, interface standards: OCPP/CCS/CHAdeMO), certification requirements (CE, UL, TUV) and application scenarios (public fast charging / residential / commercial); provide product selection and integrated solar‑storage‑charging solutions.
- Follow up the entire business process, including quotation, technical communication, business negotiation, contract signing, order production scheduling, delivery tracking and payment collection management, to ensure efficient order performance.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, technical training, policy interpretation and after‑sales care; improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate, and promote cross‑selling (EV charger + energy storage / microgrid).
- After‑sales coordination: Cooperate with internal technical, engineering and after‑sales teams to handle installation & commissioning, operation & maintenance faults, quality complaints and other issues to ensure smooth project implementation.

Market Research & Strategy Formulation
- Monitor overseas market dynamics, including policy subsidies, grid access regulations, industry standards (European / American standards), and technological trends (ultra‑fast charging, V2G, intelligent connectivity).
- Competitor analysis: Research product pricing, technical routes, channel strategies and promotional activities of mainstream overseas brands (ABB, Siemens, Tesla), and put forward differentiated competition suggestions.
- Regularly deliver market reports covering customer profiling, demand pain points, business opportunity forecasting and risk early warning, providing decision support for the company's product iteration and market layout.

Brand Promotion & Cross‑department Collaboration
- Overseas brand promotion: Participate in exhibition preparation, product launch events and online marketing (social media / industry forums) to enhance the company's global brand influence.
- Cross‑department coordination: Closely cooperate with R&D, product, supply chain and finance teams to synchronize customer demands, coordinate delivery lead time and confirm payment terms, ensuring closed‑loop business operation.
Job Requirements

Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, New Energy, English or related disciplines; College diploma candidates shall have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Language Proficiency (Core Mandatory Requirement)
- Fluent in English: CET-4/CET-6 or above, able to use English as working language for business negotiation, video conference and contract drafting with no communication barriers.
- Priority given to candidates with second language skills: German, French, Spanish, etc. (Familiarity with European / South American markets is a plus).

Work Experience
- At least 2–3 years of overseas sales / foreign trade experience; experience in EV charging pile, energy storage, new energy auto parts or power electronics industry is preferred.
- Familiar with the full process of international trade, including quotation, customs declaration, logistics, foreign exchange settlement and export tax rebate; capable of independently handling foreign trade documents.
- Prior overseas market development experience, overseas exhibition operation experience or overseas assignment experience is preferred; familiarity with OCPP protocol and CE/UL certification is a plus.

- Technical skills: Proficient in Office (Excel/PPT), CRM system, B2B platforms and social media tools; basic electrical knowledge is preferred.
