IT Support Technician (Part-Time – 2 days per week)

Provide corrective service for a wide range of industrial products, performing hands-on maintenance as required and resolving complex issues. The role may involve installing new systems, including networking, as well as diagnosing a broad range of customer issues, both software- and hardware-related. All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the company’s technical and quality standards and procedures, with the goal of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
