Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Maintenance Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin – Mirafiori.

• To coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring production continuity with the highest level of safety, quality, costs and environment;
• Driving continuous improvement activities and ensuring the highest skills development;
• Plan preventive and scheduled maintenance;
• Manage complex faults and analyse root causes;
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (faults, MTBF, costs);
• Reporting to the Area Manager of the Production Unit, responsible for managing a maintenance team;
• Work from 6.00am to 2.00pm or from 2.00pm to 10.00pm or from 10.00pm to 6.00am on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift;

Be willing to work 15, 18 or 20 shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, with days off on a rotation basis.

• 1–2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus;
• Analytical approach;

• Sense of initiative;
• Technical knowledge of assembly lines and industrial machinery;
• Good leadership skills.
