A protagonist in major global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions, and businesses.Within the *Artificial Intelligence & Big Data Technologies* organizational unit of the Electronics Division, we are looking for a *Machine Learning Engineer* for our office in *Rome Tiburtina Km. 12,400.*The person will mainly be involved in the following activities:* Analysis of the problem to be solved using AI/ML techniques* Definition and implementation of ML model architecture* Training and validation of implemented models* Integration of ML models with the system for which they were developed**Educational Qualifications:*** Master's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related fields**Seniority:*** **Junior**: 1-3 years of experience; **Technical knowledge and skills:*** Excellent knowledge of the main Machine Learning frameworks (e.G. Pytorch, Tensorflow+Keras, ONNX, etc.)* Good knowledge of the most used Machine Learning models and Foundation Models* Excellent knowledge of Python and C/C++ programming languages* Excellent knowledge of computer science fundamentals**Behavioral competencies**:* Proactivity; * ability to work in ateam; * aptitude for problemsolving; * flexibility in dealing with topics outside one's area of expertise.**Language skills*** Good written and spoken English proficiency**IT skills*** Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems* Knowledge of Versioning systems (e.G. GIT, SVN, etc.)* Knowledge of Continuous Integration systems (e.G.
