Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive MEP Site Manager/Supervisor with strong leadership and organizational skills. Precision, problem‑solving ability in dynamic environments, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results‑oriented approach are essential to join our team.
The position can be based in Rome or Milan; however, availability to travel and work on construction sites across Italy is required. This includes active project sites such as our current project in Perugia, as well as future assignments in other locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising on‑site activities related to mechanical, electrical, and special systems, ensuring project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management and daily monitoring of site activities and the operational direction of MEP systems.
- Continuous interaction with and support to key on‑site stakeholders, including the Site Manager, Construction Management, and Technical Management.
- Assisting in the evaluation and selection of MEP subcontractors and analyzing technical proposals.
- Supporting final testing and commissioning, and supervising all phases of system handover to the client.
- Assisting in the preparation of key documents such as Work Progress Reports (SAL) and managing variations during construction.
- Supervising, developing, and mentoring on‑site project staff, and supporting work planning activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience (at least 15 years) in site supervision of MEP systems on complex projects.
- Excellent command of both Italian and English.
- Ability to read and interpret digital drawings and specialized technical documentation.
Compensation and Employment Terms
The employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €60,000 to €70,000, in addition to any benefits and contractual provisions provided under the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).
