La posizione è aperta all’interno del team di Generali Italia.We are looking for a Scrum Master to join GOSP Digital Factory team, with the following responsibilities:* Supporting an Agile squad in carrying out development activities by applying the SCRUM methodology* Supporting the Product Owner in the development and maintenance of the backlog* Constantly monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the adopted methodologies* Constantly supporting the team in the monitoring of the velocity, also collaborating with technical leads/stakeholders to ensure that it is adequate to the backlog fulfilment needs* Supporting effective and clear communication between squad members and technical stakeholders* Preparing and managing the planning as well as steering committees with the main stakeholders* Establishing him/herself as a single point of contact for the Business UnitsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:* Degree in Information Technology, computer engineering or other preparatory diploma for software design and development* More than 10 years of proven experience in software development contexts managing complex IT projects* Certification as SCRUM Master* At least 5 years of experience applying the Agile SCRUM methodology* Experience in using project management tools with Agile methodology such as the Atlassian Suite (e.G. Jira and Confluence)* Basic knowledge of software development, lifecycle and modern architectures (e.G., microservices, APIs, cloud environments).* Experience in preparing power point presentations for the management* Excellent knowledge of the English language (CEFR B2 reference level)* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to understand delivery processesSoft Skills:* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical discussions and articulate issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders* Excellent analytical skills* Predisposition to team collaboration and coaching* Propensity to simplify processesEssere Partner di Vita è la nostra ambizione: ogni giorno vogliamo essere al fianco dei nostri clienti prendendoci cura delle loro vite e dei loro sogni.
