A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.We are looking for a **Technical Author and Training Instructor** for our Electronics Italy business area at our Rome office.The person we select will join a team responsible for drafting technical publications and delivering training courses to customers in the field of terrestrial radar sensors.The person will mainly deal with:* Drafting and validating technical manuals* Delivering training courses**Education:** Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent**Required experience level:** junior or with at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar roleThe ideal candidate offers their availability to carry out work mainly at the office and to travel, after adequate on-the-job training, in Italy and/or abroad.**Technical skills:*** Electronic/telecommunications background* Knowledge of signal theory, probability theory, Radar theory and technique**NICE TO HAVE:*** Knowledge of XML language* Knowledge of S1000D standards for drafting technical publications**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate effectively* Ability to work in a team* Negotiation skills* Ability to work under stress and a sense of urgency**Language skills:** Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2)Working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, grow your skills and build a professional career of excellence.**Seniority:****Primary Location:**IT - Roma - Via Tiburtina 1020**Additional Locations:****Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**
