Experteer Overview
As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will define and drive integrated marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement for RX Global’s events and brands. You will orchestrate brand positioning, campaigns and partnerships to boost awareness, acquisition and retention, while elevating the customer experience across channels. You’ll lead creative content, media plans and events, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to strengthen market presence. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping marketing strategy at a global scale and supporting business growth.

- Define and coordinate online and offline marketing activities, including show identity, messaging and promotional materials.
- Develop and implement integrated media plans for B2B and B2C audiences, Italy and internationally.
- Plan sponsorship programmes and participation in third-party events to raise visibility.
- Organise workshops, conferences, networking events and other engagement initiatives.
- Create multimedia communication packages (brochures, videos, digital assets, presentations, POS materials).
- Manage hosted buyer programmes to improve exhibitor and visitor acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate external agencies, consultants and suppliers (creative, media, insights, registration, etc.).
- Support sales with tailored marketing materials, presentations and event-related meetings.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders including industry associations and partners.
- Coordinate press and media relations, manage PR agencies and journalist relationships.
- Monitor trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for strategic decisions.
- Collect and report event performance data and marketing metrics for improvement.
- Manage marketing, communications and association budgets.
- Contribute to corporate strategic plans and cross-functional projects.
- Lead and develop a small marketing/communication team.
- Ensure activities align with brand guidelines, policies and business plans.
