We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milan and contribute to the execution of impactful commercial and promotional initiatives across key trade partners. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams, contributing to the execution of commercial strategies and improving in-market performance. Coordinate with Trade, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial initiatives; Support the execution of promotional plans, monitoring effectiveness and results; Collaborate on commercial and marketing plans to drive visibility and sell-out performance across trade channels. 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar commercial roles;~ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;~ Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge;~ Collaborative approach and strong commercial mindset;~ Fluent in both spoken and written English;~ Concrete opportunity to upgrade your skills and test your knowledge and abilities in real-life situations; Ticket restaurant vouchers and smart working.
