Job Description Summary In the role of Shop Operations Supervisor, you will perform the daily operations of the Avenza plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. The role impacts the quality of your own work and that of others, executing standard operational/technical tasks subject to instructions and routines, with latitude to rearrange task sequences based on changing work situations. It is intended for 3 shifts (Night, Day, Afternoon) and requires graduated candidates with proven experience in shift management in a production environment. Job Description Coordinate and supervise shop operations team, following directions of Planning and Manufacturing Engineering Department and Ops Leader Coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition Manage people presence in terms of absence hours within the shift Verify completeness and the correctness of documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) Ensure all team members follow safety rules (HSE) Organize talks on HSE issues, quality, and improvement initiatives (Friday Projects) Collaborate with quality inspections on resolution of nonconformity Ensure tools and equipment are properly replaced at each workstation Support operators with expertise and facilitate technical discussions with UTOF and Engineering Department Support line performance KPIs guaranteeing line accounting (DL hours, inefficiencies, attendance) Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience High-energy, self-motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and team boundaries Strong oral and written communication skills Fluent in Italian and English EU work permit Desired Characteristics Interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others Excellent time management skills Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities Superior listening skills Position Aero Alliance Avenza Shop Operations Supervisor Management Level PB Posting Date 25th of June 2026 Salary Range Between €31,800.00 and €47,700.00 gross per annum. Specific pay will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and skill set.
