Overview
Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and deploy global manufacturing standards to boost reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance equipment and processes. You will analyze data, collaborate across functions, and drive cost reduction through standardization. You will lead new technology introductions, asset transfers, and process implementations, while coaching factory engineers and promoting continuous improvement. The role focuses on applying lean methods and standardization to achieve consistent, high-quality production outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
Develop and deploy global standards for packaging, material transport, conveying, and handling equipment across Aero Alliance factories
Lead the shift to automated material transport solutions (e.g., AGVs)
Define and control global manufacturing asset processes including integration, testing, maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and training
Validate engineering specs and shop floor application of new processes with cross-functional teams (EHS, Quality, Materials, Sourcing)
Develop reliability improvement strategies using FMEA and RCA
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety to implement preventive and predictive programs
Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality
Lead root-cause investigations and implement robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Provide technical support for asset management, including life cycle analysis and spare parts optimization
Train local factory manufacturing engineers to deepen process and equipment expertise
Participate in design and installation of new equipment with Reliability in mind (DFR)
Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products and processes
Stay informed of industry trends to inform work
Exercise judgment in solving complex, cross-functional problems and guiding others to alternative viewpoints
Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources and risk, communicating difficult concepts to influence others
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
7+ years of industrial manufacturing or quality experience (US) or equivalent experience (non-US)
5+ years in a technical manufacturing engineering role focused on packaging, material transport, and material handling
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
