In this role you’ll be a key player in shaping the long-term strategy of the Module product, with the final goal of creating an industrialized product and expanding production capacity. You will report to the Avenza Technology Leader and be part of a cross‑functional team dedicated to the Module industrialization program.
Responsibilities
- Define a detailed optimized execution model, working closely with the engineering team.
- Lead constructability reviews.
- Contribute to the BOM creation and define new fabrication cycles in AEC according to the new execution model.
- Analyze and quote new projects.
- Support procurement in aligning the supplier base to the new execution model through specifications and feasibility studies.
- Act as an active member of workout sessions (both internal and with vendors) for idea generation, prioritization, and validation to find an optimized construction lead time and cost.
- Support the engineering function in new design constructability.
- Contribute to developing cost models for module construction and to the ITO configurator creation.
- Validate business cases on new yards.
- Enhance quality tools for BH and suppliers (transitioning from manual to digital processes such as WSL, NFI, work permits, certificates/ITR, etc.).
- Revise documentation according to the new execution model (QCP, work instruction, cycles).
- Travel about 5% of the time (within Italy).
Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Engineering – Mechanical preferred.
- Have proven technical experience in module design and construction.
- Show strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Be fluent in both English and Italian (oral and written).
- Have an EU work permit.

Compensation (Italy)
Initial pay range: EUR 43,200 to 59,400, in accordance with the Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti.
