ifeel is expanding its Global Talent Pool of licensed mental health professionals. We welcome psychologists, psychotherapists, and licensed mental health practitioners from any country, speaking any language, who want to collaborate with a leading Global Mental Health Platform that supports millions of people worldwide. This is a talent pool position, meaning it is not tied to an immediate opening. Candidates included in the pool will be prioritized for future opportunities that match their linguistic profile, availability, and clinical background.

Responsibilities

Professionals in the Talent Pool may be considered for future roles across the following modalities:

  • Chat Therapy - Offer real-time, text-based emotional support grounded in evidence‑based therapeutic approaches
  • Video Therapy - Conduct individual virtual therapy sessions lasting 40 minutes, ensuring high-quality and culturally sensitive care
  • Triage Support - Welcome new users to the platform, conduct initial assessments, evaluate needs and risk levels, and guide them to the appropriate therapist or service
Requirements

We know that regulations differ across countries, so this position is open to various mental health professions. Candidates must meet all of the following:

  • Completed academic training in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Clinical Mental Health, Counseling, or an equivalent discipline recognized in your country
  • Legally authorized to practice in your country (license, registration, certification, or equivalent local requirement)
  • Able to work as an independent professional (self‑employed, freelancer, sole proprietor, contractor, or similar legal status depending on your country)
  • Previous experience providing clinical support
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, confidential workspace
  • Good communication skills in English or Spanish (only for the application process)
  • Ability to offer therapy in at least one additional language (all languages welcome)
