Seasonal Sales Assistant – Christian Dior Couture – Capri

Purpose of the Job

As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant contributes to brand sales growth, represents brand values, and delivers outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Sales
    • Achieve sales objectives using effective sales techniques.
    • Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
    • Know daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add‑on sales.
    • Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile.
    • Understand how to handle the customer database and clienteling.
  • Management of the Relationship with Clients
    • Ensure a welcoming, client‑focused environment across all channels (in person, over the phone, electronic).
    • Develop local and international client books and recruit/maintain top clients.
    • Problem‑solve with the management team to resolve client issues for business benefit.
  • Back‑Office Support
    • Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and stock updates.
    • Elaborate and supervise product feedback.
    • Prepare delivery and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

Profile – Requirements

  • Preferred experience of 2–3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • Knowledge of products and selling techniques.
  • University education or fashion school degree.
  • English (C1–C2) mandatory; other languages are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 and digital software.
