Our Mission
At Doctrine, we’re building Europe’s leading legal AI platform. Our belief is that law should be augmented by AI to reduce repetitive tasks. Our ambition is to help legal professionals achieve greater reliability, efficiency and peace of mind through a comprehensive, secure platform.
We are a team of around 250 people dedicated to supporting lawyers and legal professionals at every stage of their work, from research to drafting. In 2025 we are expanding to become a multi‑country, multi‑product company. We are looking to strengthen our team who will take ownership of the Italian market. Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle in Italy, from prospecting to closing, as well as account management. To succeed, you’ll need to understand our clients and their drivers, and collaborate closely with our product, sales ops, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Outbound prospection to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
Understand the challenges of your prospects and build relevant go‑to‑market strategies
Run the full sales cycle, from outreach to demos, negotiations and closing
Share insights and learnings from the Italian market with the internal squad
Achieve monthly targets set by the company for your market
Qualifications
You are fluent in Italian
You have experience in sales, especially SaaS sales
You have a hunter mindset and aim to exceed your sales targets
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, listening actively and communicating with empathy, clarity and precision
You are extremely rigorous and detail‑oriented
You have a strong sense of ownership and a taste for challenges: you thrive in demanding environments, are motivated by performance‑based incentives and appreciate uncapped variable compensation
Knowledge of the legal sector is a plus
Travels within Italy may be required
