Account Manager – Firenze (Florence) Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. You’ll be joining the Account Management team. We are a passionate, dynamic group of team players focused on the Italian market, working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to offer top‑tier consultancy to our major brands. Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Relationship Management – Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting, high‑value relationships across the network. Performance Optimisation – Monitor and analyse partner performance, sharing insights to improve operational metrics and partner satisfaction. Commercial Negotiation – Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and Consumer Value Proposition (CVP). Strategic Planning – Plan portfolio strategies to increase performance and loyalty, impacting both absolute metrics and market share. Financial Oversight – Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities for growth and proactively managing risks. Requirements Significant experience in account management or sales, specifically focused on building and maintaining long‑term commercial relationships. Strong understanding of P&L and proven negotiation skills to drive business value. Proven ability to use data and project management applications to guide best practices and decision‑making. Market expertise within the Horeca, restaurant, or food sectors is highly desirable. Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively; fluency in English is a significant advantage.
