Account Manager – Liguria Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data‑led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Italian Account Management team. We are a passionate, dynamic group focused on offering premium consultancy to our top brands by collaborating across marketing, operations, and product departments. Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a primary point of contact for the network in your region. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data‑led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction. Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP). Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and relative financial metrics. P&L Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities. What You’ll Need to Thrive Commercial Experience: Significant experience in account management or sales (typically 3+ years), with a proven ability to build long‑term professional relationships. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to apply financial data to commercial decision‑making. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and secure favourable terms that support business growth and supply quality. Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors (experience in these areas is a significant plus). Technical & Language Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and data applications; fluency in English is considered a strong advantage for collaborating with our global teams.
