Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates strong knowledge of developments in the Italian Third Party Wealth market
Serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts in Italy
Acts as a consultant by understanding clients’ strategies, risk profiles, and operational needs
Provides insights on market trends, product developments, and performance updates to both clients and team members
Supports business development by identifying opportunities for cross‑selling or expanding product usage within existing client relationships
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies across all client interactions
Delivers presentations, conducts performance reviews, and manages strategic account plans
Contributes to the ongoing improvement of client service processes and relationship management best practices
Brings entrepreneurial skills and fosters a teamwork attitude
Maintains accurate sales pipeline data, tracks client activity, and helps achieve Italian sales targets
Enhances client retention and satisfaction through strong communication and proactive service delivery
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management or Wealth
Fluent in Italian and English
Holds at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
