Unwind at AQVAM Spa or indulge in glamour at Beppe D'Elia’s Hair Jewelry Salon.Place of Work: Park Hyatt Milano – Aquam Spa Job Level: Operative Report to: Housekeeping & Spa Manager Responsible for: The Assistant Spa Manager / Direttore Tecnico supports the operational and strategic management of the hotel Spa, ensuring high service standards, excellence in guest experience, and full compliance with all applicable regulations (health, safety, and industry standards).This role combines operational, managerial, and technical responsibilities, contributing to the achievement of the Spa’s financial and quality performance goals, in alignment with brand values (e.g., Hyatt: care, inclusion, service excellence).Main Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure a personalized guest experience aligned with brand standardsHandle guest complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfactionContinuously monitor service levels and treatment qualityFoster a guest-centric culture within the teamAssist in planning and supervising daily Spa operationsEnsure efficient management of treatment schedules and room occupancyOptimize workflows to maximize productivity and revenueSupport inventory management and stock controlSupervise and coordinate the Spa team (therapists, receptionists, beauticians)Support recruitment, training, and staff developmentRequirementsBeautician/esthetician qualification (mandatory for technical role)Certification as Technical Director (where required by local regulations)Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Wellness, or Management preferredMinimum 2–4 years’ experience in a hotel Spa or wellness environmentPrevious supervisory or team coordination experienceExperience with international brand standards preferredTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of facial and body treatments and Spa protocolsFamiliarity with Spa management systems (e.g., Book4 Time, Opera)Knowledge of health and safety regulationsAbility to monitor KPIs and produce reportsSoft SkillsLeadership and team motivation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving and stress managementSales-oriented mindsetLanguagesAdditional languages are a plusJob Level: 3° Turismo-FederalberghiEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary Range: € 32.000 - € 35.000 gross per year / 14 months12 free nights and discounted rates in all hotels of the group after three months of employmentComplimentary staff cafeteria and laundry serviceContinuous learning and development opportunities
