You take ownership of store operations and team leadership, working collaboratively to drive business performance. As Assistant Store Manager, you share responsibility for building a high-performing team, meeting operational budgets, and developing a proactive business strategy alongside the management team. Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of dedicated Michael Kors brand ambassadors.

Sales and Service Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable. Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations. Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales. Operations Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories. Proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance sales and customer experience Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail setting Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office Fluency in English and effective communication skill
