As Associate Analytics Manager and Sales Enablement, you will centralize and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights that guide commercial decisions. You’ll rebuild the regional dashboarding and customer performance systems across Direct and Indirect geographies, enabling data‑driven decisions in sales, marketing and customer engagement. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate analytics into practical actions that improve performance and outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape analytics tooling and reporting across multiple markets, contributing to better patient outcomes through smarter commercial strategies.

Responsabilità

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field;
    Master’s preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a business analytics role;
    Medtech or Pharma industry experience required
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power and CRM analytics)
  • Exposure to ERP systems and CRM platforms (SFDC)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence decisions;
    experience with international/cross‑country analytics
