Role Overview
As an Associate Contract Analyst for the Diabetes business, you will be part of the Medical Marketing Team and support our strategic imperative of delivering a 5‑star customer experience for all HCPs and HCOs that work in the field of diabetes management in Italy. In an evolving but customer‑focused structure, you will work with your team and the broader marketing and sales teams to manage processes, tools, and administrative/legal customer interactions, leading negotiations to position the company as a reliable, efficient, and trustworthy partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the administrative aspect of legal/compliance customer interactions following internal procedures and policies.
- Interacting effectively with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, administrative assistants, marketing and sales functions) and aligning with the team and manager to execute requested and approved customer interactions.
- Interacting with external stakeholders (Health Care Organizations, Legal Departments, Health Care Professionals, Administrative Departments) to execute approved agreements timely.
- Tracking, archiving documentation and process advancement, and providing standard and ad‑hoc reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Initial experience in contract management for customer interactions (admin part, negotiation).
- Knowledge of compliance in a highly regulated business context.
- Good command of the main Office 365 tools.
- Native Italian, with good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability in handling data and documents.
- Willingness to work in a team with different backgrounds.
- Open to travel in Italy up to 20% of time.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare (medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services).
- Experience working in a multinational and/or matrix organization.
- Knowledge of customer interactions compliance tracking tools (ONIT).

Benefits & Compensation
Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Pay range (Italy): 34,160.00 EUR – 51,240.00 EUR. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
