In this leadership role you will steer and modernize Italy's Enterprise Systems landscape, focusing on SAP‑centric transformation and S/4HANA migration. You’ll partner with Italian and global stakeholders to simplify processes and align with a global template, while reducing technical debt. You will lead a cross‑functional team through strategy, design, and delivery, delivering a future‑ready enterprise platform. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on architecture input to enable a stable, standardized IT environment. Retribuzione / Benefits

Provide thought leadership with Italian and global Process Owners to simplify core processes in Finance, Order‑to‑Cash, CRM, and HR Lead the Italy Enterprise Systems team covering SAP ECC, SAP C4C, and legacy platforms like Lotus Domino Own and drive the transformation of the Italy ES landscape to reduce technical debt and complexity Execute a roadmap to simplify and rationalize the ES landscape ahead of STEP S/4HANA migration Prepare for SAP ECC 6.8 end‑of‑life including code reduction and process harmonization Define and adopt business process templates aligned with the global STEP S/4HANA model Direct fit‑to‑standard and fit‑gap analyses to enable STEP S/4HANA rollout in Italy Support and co‑lead Italy's migration to STEP S/4HANA ensuring business continuity Deliver operational releases and transformation initiatives within scope, time, budget, and risk Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational challenges across stakeholders Manage internal and external resources, optimizing capacity, cost, and capability Address workforce risks including succession planning over the next five years Responsabilità

Proven thought leadership in enterprise systems within a large global organization Minimum 5 years of leading enterprise application or software delivery teams Extensive SAP experience including ECC and S/4HANA transformations Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR systems and processes (FICO, O2C, CRM, HR) Strong background in Enterprise Architecture, Systems Requirements, PM/Program Management, and solution delivery Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members with performance management experience Ability to analyze complex business needs, facilitate discussions, and drive standardization Experience working with geographically diverse teams and external vendors Budget management, tracking, and forecasting experience Proven track record delivering enterprise system initiatives on time and within budget Experience defining, maintaining, and improving processes, metrics, SLAs, and governance across enterprise platforms
