Cerchiamo avvocati che abbiano maturato una solida esperienza in diritto del lavoro presso primari studi legali, con particolare riferimento a riorganizzazioni aziendali, gestione dei rapporti con il top management, piani di incentivazione e remunerazione, investigazioni interne, operazioni straordinarie domestiche e cross-border e contenzioso complesso. La posizione offre l'opportunità di entrare a far parte di una practice in crescita all'interno di uno dei principali studi legali internazionali e di assistere clienti italiani e multinazionali su questioni strategiche e complesse in materia giuslavoristica. REQUISITI: 2–5 anni di esercizio della professione forense in qualità di avvocato italiano in primari studi legali consolidata esperienza in diritto del lavoro, sia in ambito stragiudiziale che giudiziale inglese fluente laurea in giurisprudenza con percorso accademico di eccellenza Our Milan Office Work at the heart of an international, sector focused team.
