Associate - M&A Advisory

Ethica Group is looking for a talented Associate to join its M&A Advisory team in Milan.

This is a unique opportunity to actively participate in all stages of the M&A process, with full involvement in deals execution within a fast-growing, leading mid-market M&A advisory firm. The role offers active participation in deal execution and significant exposure to clients – including entrepreneurs and Private Equity funds – and investors throughout the execution of M&A transactions. The candidate will work on live deals across the entire transaction lifecycle, including the preparation and presentation of marketing materials (Teaser, Information Memorandum and Management Presentation), financial modelling and valuation analyses (e.g. DCF, LBO), financial analysis (business plans and databases), and coordination of due diligence activities (including Virtual Data Room setup and Q&A management). The role also involves supporting senior team members in ensuring smooth deal execution, while supervising and mentoring analysts and interns by providing guidance and on-the-job training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
