Job description
Join our team dedicated to the
Customer Relationship Center , supporting business transformation and digitalization projects in an international context.
Responsibilities
Deliver requirements documentation for
CRC‑related projects
Write and refine
user stories
and epics for development teams
Prepare configuration guidelines for system implementation
Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirements
Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements
Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams
Profile
5‑7 years of relevant experience
as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projects
Experience in
requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement
Experience in
Customer Relationship Center
Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases
Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects
Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
English and Italian fluent
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Adaptability in multicultural environments
Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
