Experteer OverviewAs a Senior Backend Software Engineer in the Business Team, you will shape the future of digital welfare payments and support both employers and employees. You will own technical direction, quality, and delivery of multi-service systems that power welfare programs for thousands of employers. You’ll balance scalability, security, and reliability while mentoring peers and improving back-end architectures. This role offers impact through cross-team collaboration and end-to-end ownership of features from sign-up to benefit usage. You’ll join a fast-moving, user-focused, mission-driven fintech team.

Responsibilities
At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience
Proven track record with microservices, cloud environments, and Agile methods
Strong Java expertise and solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Demonstrated technical leadership, analysis for large projects, and mentoring能力
Professional, clear communication and ability to document architecture and analyses
Passion for FinTech or startup environments and fluent English
